An experiment in eating habits, circa late 2010’s. Sean, Lucy Chinen, and Dennis Oliver Schroer figured out how to tune flavor and nutritional components at a molecular level. Their product at the time, called the Nonbar, was made from sustainably grown aquatic algae.

Nonfood changed how we ate the future.

We helped shoot product images and designed and sourced packaging.
